Birmingham Chapter CoordinatorÂ
Leigh Ann summits everything with a fun-loving, inquisitive approach. She enjoys paddle boarding, mountain biking, hiking or climbing with people of all abilities. After working for the City of Chattanooga’s Water Quality Department, she graduated with her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2016. During her time in physical therapy school, Leigh Ann volunteered with both the Chattanooga and Atlanta Catalyst divisions. After moving to Birmingham, she launched Alabama’s first Catalyst chapter while also completing her MBA at the University of Alabama. She currently works at the Birmingham VA hospital, and enjoys the ability to connect back with this population, as she grew up the child of a military family.
